Hi I am Linda,
certified Pilates Trainer and Personal Coach.
A few years ago I decided to bring people forward for a healthy lifestyle, in combination with sports and motivational coaching.
I teach group classes and take individual time for my personal training - and coaching sessions.
My philosophy of life is:
Exercise in combination with a healthy eating behavior, far away from diets, prohibitions and compulsions.
In coaching I like to support you - physically and mentally - to work successfully on your personal and professional goals, to gain new perspectives and to tackle changes.
